Just a few words to introduce myself -- My name is Rose. My husband Ray and I live in the smallest state--Rhode Island, on the coast and except for roaming off a couple of times, I kinda stay put and probably always will. Not much of a wanderer.     My two sons and their families have stayed here also. My daughter likes to roam though. She's lived in a lot of different places and for right now, is living in Japan with her family.     I enjoy using webtv, learning new things on the computer, and using digital cameras. I also like faux painting, wallpapering, flower arranging, gardening, and like moving into older homes and redecorating them to look like new --- "decorating on a budget".    I search the web looking for books of biographies of the Hollywood Golden Era and also like watching the movies of that time. Fun and glamorous years in movie making I think.     Animals are so precious; I feel real joy when playing and caring for them. I am partial to smaller dogs, but they are all wonderful gifts from God for us all to love. And now, I take the time to smell the roses and watch the birds play. And what can be better than a home grown tomato?     A few dislikes; injustice, any kind of cruelty, and intentional rudeness, and if I don't have a decent sized portion of Pasta at least a few times a week, I will be a very unhappy person.     That's all for now.
